Ms. Penina Machoka is a highly accomplished leader with over 30 years of international, multicultural, and multi-disciplinary experience leading strategy and operational excellence globally. She has a proven track record in successfully leading large, complex operations and projects for the United Nations, having worked in major global hubs such as New York, Vienna, Kuala Lumpur, Nairobi, and Dakar. Her diverse experience spans law, banking, human resources, and global shared services management, further enhanced by her certification in leadership coaching, mentoring and training. Penina draws on her wealth of knowledge and experience to help teams and executives through challenges, driving them toward optimal performance and growth. Passionate about empowering women and youth, she also serves on executive boards of various organizations. Penina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Nairobi and a Master’s degree in Law, specializing in banking and commercial law, from Boston University where she earned the prestigious Serino Prize. She is also a recipient of the Commonwealth Lawyers Scholarship and has completed advanced training from Harvard University, Georgetown University, UN System Staff College, Turin among others. She is also a certified John Maxwell Leadership coach, speaker, and trainer.
